Siobhan Shinnors teacher of AnamYoga has been organising yoga workshops and weekend retreats for over 14 years. Events are always emotionally relaxing and physically energetic. All events organised are aimed at taking in all aspects of yoga prinicipals i.e. Breath, Movement, Diet, Postive Thinking, Relaxation & some aspect of Meditation/Mindfulness. The whole day is simply a complete tonic.
